The Hot Dip Galvanized Electrical Power Steel Tubular Pole plays an important role in electrical power transmission and distribution industry. In order to meet the increasingly higher demand for steel tubular pole, our company design and produce many kinds of steel tubular pole for the power transmission and distribution system. Besides, our electrical steel tubular pole have been tested and approved by the Transmission Pole Tower Testing Station.
As an alternative to the traditional wood and concrete poles, our hot dip galvanized steel tubular pole could be utilize to bear the conductors and electric distribution equipment, power transmission equipment, cables, etc.
Steel tube tower mainly use between high voltage transmission lines, with lightning rod hanging place on top, bolt connecting tower body with cross arm which has wires hanging place. The intersecting surface of tower is oblong, and the intersection surface macroaxis of tower and cross arm is 0 to 90 degree angle. In practical application, raw material can be saved of shorten the circumference of intersection surface by bearing the max bending moment of oblong intersection surface macroaxis.
Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can follow clients required , The loading capacity of 20GP 40HC or OT/FR will be calculated basing on the clients’ actual specification and data.
